TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our caravan and bookings will not be accepted from same sex parties. We also have a strictly NO SMOKING policy in the caravan or on the veranda.
We ask that you treat our holiday home, like you would like someone to treat your home.
BOOKING / PAYMENT TERMS
We ask for 20%/£100.00 whichever the greater, non-refundable booking deposit which must be received within 7 days of booking with balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to date of arrival.
Bookings made less than six weeks before arrival date must be paid in full immediately.
Failure to make full payment by the appropriate date may result in cancellation of your booking.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
An additional £75 refundable deposit required when paying balance to cover breakages and damage.
This will be returned to you within 14 days of departure provided the keys have been returned to Haven reception, no damage has occurred to either caravan or contents and it has been left in a clean and tidy condition.
We ask that all breakages be reported to us immediately, so we can ensure that this is fixed/replaced before the next client arrives.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Please remember to bring your final confirmation with you and present it to Haven reception to collect the keys. Keys will be available from 2pm. And the caravan must be vacated by 10am on departure day.
UTILITIES
Gas, electricity and heating is included in the quoted price.
Duvets and pillows are provided for each bed but not linen so please remember to bring flat/bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.
Linen is available for hire from the Haven reception at a cost of £10.00
PARK RULES
The park reserve the right to ask anyone who does not abide by The Park rules to leave , should this happen no refund will be offered. The Park rules are displayed within the park.
LOST PROPERTY/HOLIDAY INSURANCE
We cannot accept responsibility for any property lost in our caravan or on Hopton site. We recommend you purchase holiday insurance to cover personal luggage, money, holiday cancellation/curtailment, personal and public liability etc.
CANCELLATION
If you unfortunately have to cancel your holiday it must be in writing and will take effect from the date we receive confirmation of cancellation.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
Cancellation 28-21 days before holiday start date 50% refund
Cancellation 20-14 days before holiday start date 25% refund
Cancellation 13 days before holiday start date No refund
Should the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a refund of monies paid to date will be refunded.
AMENDMENTS
The Owners reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions of Hire from time to time and without notice in circumstances which are deemed to be of high importance or beyond our control.

We will certainly try to make available all facilities as described however, they may be times when beyond our control these are not available and we cannot be held responsible in such cases.
Any complaints please get in touch with us immediately so that we can rectify the problem as soon as we can to ensure the enjoyment of your holiday. If you cannot reach us then Haven reception will endeavour to deal with any issues.
